Grilled Lamb Chops with Charred Scallion Vinaigrette

Ancient Halaby is my favorite rub for lamb hands down.



  1. Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, salt and spices.
  2. Heat your grill to high heat.
  3. Mix everything to make the sauce.
  4. Make smashed potatoes. Boil, smash and shallow fry as recipe says but without garlic creme fraiche.
  5. Grill lamb chops for 2-3 minutes per side depending on size for medium rare.
